COLD SPRING RESORT has three types of units available for rental:
Call the Resort Office at 603-536-4600 for Current Rates and midweek special rates. Office hours: 8:00AM - 9:00PM daily.
All prices include 9% room and meals tax.
There is a 15% discount for owners.
A $100 security deposit is required for non-owners.
Check-in at 4:00PM; Check-out at 10:00AM.
Reservations guaranteed only upon receipt of 1/2 deposit.
Balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If reservation is cancelled prior to 10 days of arrival date, the advance deposit less $10.00 will be refunded.
If reservation is cancelled inside of 10 days of arrival date, the advance deposit is non-refundable.

While most Resorts utilize a marketing and sales team to meet quotas for Developers, Cold Spring Resort is unique. We are a not for profit Town House Association. We do not employ a marketing and sale force at over 50% of each sale, and inflate prices for profit. We do not have sales parties, do tours or give gifts.
What we do have is an established successful Resort that is home to generations of New England families. We offer a unique opportunity for a limited number of new families who wish to join.
Our pricing structure reflects our dedication to providing all families the chance to experience a vacation home in the White Mountains.
We have a limited number of deeded weeks, including high demand vacation times, with one, two and three bedroom units.
